EzriLaw Firm is thrilled to announce the admission of Pn Azwa Afifah binti Abd Harith and Cik Norsheila binti Sofian Gan as our junior partners of the firm, effective 1 September 2021.
Since joining the firm in 2017 and 2018 respectively, Pn Azwa and Cik Sheila have shown tremendous potential while having great impact on our firm’s growth. We are confident that they will contribute to further success of EzriLaw Firm.
Azwa Afifah binti Abd Harith is a Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) graduate and was admitted to the Bar in 2016. After completing her LLB (Hons.), she pursued Post-Graduate Diploma in Islamic Judicial & Legal Profession, making her an official practising Syariah lawyer in Penang. Azwa joined EzriLaw Firm as an associate in 2017.
As a member of Syariah Subcommittee of Penang Bar, she actively participates in events organized, imparting and gaining more knowledge at the same time. With her extensive experience in Conveyancing and Syariah fields, she leads the Perfection and Syariah Departments of EzriLaw Firm.
Norsheila binti Sofian Gan was admitted to the Bar in 2018 after graduating with LLB (Hons.) and Post-Graduate Diploma in Syariah and Practice (DLSA) from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM). Sheila has been with the EzriLaw Firm family since 2018 and also an active member of the Islamic Finance Subcommittee of Penang Bar.
Here at EzriLaw Firm, she has been entrusted to lead the Drafting, Advisory, Land and Tenancy Department, another crucial branch of our Conveyancing Division. She is also experienced in legal documentation and Islamic Finance matters.
