Santha is a graduate from Staffordshire University, England and received her Certificate of Legal Practice (CLP) in 2003. She was called to the Bar in 2004 and pursued her legal career instantly.
Acquiring over 17 years of experience, Santha was principally involved in legal due diligence review exercises for various industries in local and international atmospheres. She is also experienced in corporate commercial, corporate banking, and conveyancing matters, relating to housing developments, retail, and commercial loan transactions. Apart from performing the tasks herself, she is also an expert in advisory concerning retail housing loan, business financing loan, transfers, leases, and land-related matters.
She has drafted various Islamic documentation for retail housing loans under Islamic banking products for many financial institutions. Santha is frequently invited to conduct seminars on many Islamic banking and corporate banking offered in Malaysia to the public, developers, and financial institutions on conveyancing procedures. At the Bar Council, she is a member of the Corporate and Commercial Law Committee.
