
Datin Zemilah binti Mohd Noor graduated with an LL.B. (Hons.) degree from International Islamic University Malaysia. Over her 31 years in practice, she has developed extensive experience in conveyancing, property transactions, and advisory work, with particular focus on Real Estate Transactions & Projects, Islamic Finance & Banking, Commercial Transactions, and Corporate Advisory matters.
Throughout her career, she has maintained close engagement with key governmental and regulatory authorities, including Jabatan Ketua Pengarah Tanah dan Galian, Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri, and various state agencies, in addressing and resolving evolving conveyancing and land administration issues. Her longstanding contributions to the legal profession have established Datin Zemilah as a respected and prominent figure within Malaysia’s conveyancing and real estate legal landscape.
One of her notable professional contributions was her involvement in the development of the Solicitors’ Remuneration Order 2023, a significant reform that revised solicitors’ scale fees in response to the changing realities and cost of legal practice.
