LL.B (Hons.) (IIUM)

Zemilah binti Mohd Noor was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 1995 with an LLB (Hons.) degree from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). She is an experienced lawyer in the conveyancing discipline specifically Commercial & Corporate, Project & Real Estate, Islamic Finance & Banking, Start-ups and Advisory. As a senior partner, ensuring EzriLaw Firm’s success is her top priority. 

Apart from being an active member of the Bar Council’s Conveyancing Practice Committee and Islamic Finance Committee, she is currently leading the Islamic Finance Subcommittee and Conveyancing Practice Subcommittee of the Penang Bar as the Chairperson. Furthermore, she actively contributes as a Disciplinary Committee Member of the Advocates & Solicitors Disciplinary Board (Bar Council).

On top of that, she periodically engages with the Penang Lands and Mines Office and other state agencies to resolve ever-evolving conveyancing issues, while discussing matters with Credit Control and Documentation officers of renowned financial institutions for a sustainable two-way street collaboration between legal firms and financial institutions.

To earnestly contribute to other conveyancing practitioners, she regularly attends various seminars throughout Malaysia as a panelist to enlighten her audience on conveyancing subject matters.
