Secara dasarnya, harta pusaka adalah harta peninggalan seorang si mati yang merangkumi harta alih atau pun harta tidak alih di antaranya wang tunai, rumah, tanah, barang kemas, wang simpanan dan lain-lain lagi. Harta pusaka yang ditinggalkan oleh si mati sedikit sebanyak dapat membantu meringankan beban waris-waris yang masih hidup. Harta pusaka tersebut dapat digunakan oleh mereka meneruskan kelangsungan hidup dan perbelanjaan harian.

School bullying or ragging is among most prevalent problems in society and become a very crucial issue discussed by all level of society. There are a lot of cases reported such as the case of T. Nhaveen1 and navy cadet officer Zulfarhan Osman Zulkarnain.  Failure to address this issue will have bad consequences for students in particular.

A tribunal is a quasi-judicial institution set up with the authority to judge, adjudicate on, or to d etermine claims or disputes. Tribunal is not to be defined as a court but as a body with limited jurisdiction. The purpose of its establishment is specified in a certain way. As Tribunal deals with matters informally, it could resolve a dispute expeditiously which the involved parties will not incur much cost.

Unjust enrichment occurs when one party gains more benefits than what they are supposed to at the cost of another party.
For instance, Mr. Ali entered into a contract with an automobile repair shop to paint his two cars, an Audi and a Mercedes. However, the workshop only managed to paint the Audi Car, and not the Mercedes. Mr. Ali refused to make payment as he alleged that the contract is being breached and thereto considered void.
