Engaging on Conveyancing Practice Developments with the Malaysian Bar and PPTG WP

Datin Zemilah Binti Mohd Noor, together with members of EzriLaw Firm’s Conveyancing Team, recently attended a forum organised by the Malaysian Bar titled “Conveyancing Realities: Issues, Solutions and Best Practices”. The forum was held in collaboration with the Pejabat Pengarah Tanah dan Galian Wilayah Persekutuan (“PPTG WP”) of Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya, and Labuan.

The session provided a platform for open dialogue between legal practitioners and representatives from PPTG WP, focusing on current challenges in conveyancing practice, regulatory requirements, and practical solutions to improve processes. Key discussions covered procedural updates, operational expectations, and best practices to ensure smoother dealings in land administration matters across the Federal Territories.

The dialogue session allowed participants to gain direct insights from PPTG WP officials, clarify regulatory interpretations, and exchange views on improving efficiency and compliance within conveyancing transactions. Such engagements are essential in ensuring that legal practitioners remain aligned with evolving administrative practices and statutory requirements.

EzriLaw Firm remains committed to continuously updating its knowledge and practices to better serve its clients. By actively participating in industry forums and regulatory discussions, the firm seeks to ensure that its conveyancing services are delivered with clarity, compliance, and an informed understanding of current legal and procedural developments.
